Effective January 1, 2014, Jørgen Nicolajsen, President & CEO of Monberg & Thorsen A/S, is appointed Executive Vice President of the MT Højgaard Group with primary responsibility for subsidiary undertakings and for Offshore and Steel Bridges.

Since spring 2012, Jørgen Nicolajsen has performed various tasks for Group Management in addition to his role as President & CEO of Monberg & Thorsen A/S. In connection with his appointment as Executive Vice President of MT Højgaard, he will resign from his position at Monberg & Thorsen A/S and retire from the Board of Directors of MT Højgaard A/S.

In addition, effective January 1, 2014, Senior Vice President Arne Becker is appointed Executive Vice President with an overall responsibility for production staff. Since his appointment on April 1, 2013, Arne Becker has been part of Group Management in which capacity he has been and will continue to be responsible for Clients & Markets, Procurement and the Contract Board.

- Jørgen Nicolajsen has increasingly assumed group responsibility for our subsidiary undertakings and partly owned companies and has contributed to their positive development and the strengthening of coherence between the group companies. Arne Becker will have a very central role in the implementation of the MT Højgaard Group strategy. I look forward to continuing working with Jørgen and Arne in Group Management, says MT Højgaard's President & CEO Torben Biilmann.

Group Management as of January 1, 2014

Jørgen Nicolajsen will join the Group Management which will as of January 1, 2014 be com-posed of Torben Biilmann (President & CEO), Egil Mølsted Madsen (CFO), Arne Becker (Executive Vice President), Jørgen Nicolajsen (Executive Vice President) and Helle Bro Krogen (Senior Vice President).

MT Højgaard's Executive Board will continue to consist of Torben Biilmann (CEO) and Egil Mølsted Madsen (CFO).
