Executive Vice President and COO Søren Ulslev, who has been a member of MT Højgaard Group Management since 1 March 2013, has terminated his employment. He leaves MT Højgaard effective today, but will remain available to the Group Management in the coming period.
Throughout the past year, a new framework has been set up for the Group's activities and for profitability enhancement. At the same time, the organisation has been further developed and the relevant executive officers have been appointed to the Group's business areas and subsidiaries.
- Søren has contributed loyally to the major changes we have implemented in the past year. Nevertheless, he has personally not felt that he fitted into these changes. Both the company and I personally have reason to thank him for his hard work and significant efforts, says MT Højgaard's President & CEO Torben Biilmann.
As of today, MT Højgaard's Group Management will consist of Torben Biilmann (CEO) and Egil Mølsted Madsen (CFO).
